CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

Categories of personal information

We collect identifiers (e.g., name, email), commercial information (plan or usage metrics), internet activity (logs), and inferences for product improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Purposes of use

Provide and improve the Services, security, debugging, and communications. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights

• Right to know and access, right to delete, and right to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to opt-out of sale or sharing (not applicable as we do not sell/share personal information).
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI for cross-context purposes).
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit requests to [email protected], or through any in-product privacy request form where available. Every request is recorded in our internal privacy-request register and routed to our support team at [email protected]. We will verify your identity to a reasonable degree, and requests are fulfilled manually by our team — we aim to complete them within 30 days of receipt and in all cases within the statutory 45-day window (extendable by 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice). We do not currently offer automated self-service export or deletion; a human locates your data and carries out the request, and you will receive confirmation when it is complete.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
