4.1 Google user data — Limited Use
Where a user chooses to connect a Google account (Gmail or Google Calendar), Agent360 requests only the permissions the connected feature needs: sending email from the user’s own address, reading and organizing the threads shown inside Agent360’s inbox, and creating or updating the calendar events our scheduling flow books. Access is limited to the connected account and lasts only while the connection is active.
Agent360’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features that requested it;
do not transfer that data to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with the user’s consent;
do not use Google user data for advertising, and do not sell or share it as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA;
do not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, and do not send it to a third-party AI model for that purpose; and
permit humans to read Google user data only with the user’s explicit consent for a specific request, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.
A user can disconnect a Google account at any time from Agent360’s settings, or revoke Agent360’s access from their Google account permissions page. On disconnection we delete the stored access and refresh tokens, and any Google user data cached to run the feature is deleted within thirty (30) days.
