This page explains how Agent360 supports your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. If you are an end-user of a business using Agent360, please contact that business first; they are the controller of your data in the Service. Agent360 acts as processor for in-product data and as controller for our own website operations.

Your rights

• Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.
• Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How to submit a DSAR

• Email [email protected] with "DSAR" in the subject (EU/UK residents may use the same address; it routes to our Privacy Contact), or submit through any in-product privacy request form where available.
• Describe the request (access, deletion, correction, restriction, portability) and provide identifiers to locate your data.
• We may ask for reasonable identity verification and information to locate data in our systems.
• We respond within 30 days, extendable by 60 days for complex requests with notice.

How we process your request

Every request is recorded in our internal privacy-request register and routed to our support team at [email protected]. Requests are fulfilled manually by our team within 30 days of receipt (extendable as described above for complex requests, with notice). We do not currently offer automated self-service export or erasure; a human verifies your identity where needed, locates your data, and carries out the request. You will receive confirmation from our support team when your request is complete.

International transfers and safeguards

We use Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum as appropriate for transfers, along with technical and organizational measures.
